We might not be on the Mediterranean but we have all the ingredients to make us feel like we are, sans the speedo-clad men and topless women of course. Let me show you how to replicate the sexy flavors of your favorite vacation hot spots so your salads are not only the stars of your meals, but can be meals all unto themselves.

    This was a really wonderful class for me. I learned new, secret ingredients for my salad dressings. Elana renewed my interest in quinoa and taught me to grill vegetables with no fat and no mess. In fact, I served a grilled vegetable salad to my family last night. After attending the class, I replaced some kitchen tools and bought some new ones - thank you for the “shop” page on your website! I keep thinking about the white sangria and crackers with fig butter - so easy to prepare, so beautiful, and so delicious. I had a great time - thank you so much!
