about the class

We will do nothing fancy that you can’t replicate at home. (That means no deboning, no using fish that you will only find at a specialty fishmongers, etc.) On the contrary, you will become comfortable with a few different kinds of fish and with the best and easiest processes for making them. Note: Special attention will be given to fish that are low on the mercury scale.

    The class was fabulous!! In addition to being a great cook Elana is great with the questions that start to get nudgy…always positive and helpful!

    There is NEVER a bad class. The fish dishes were delicious. It’s always a wonderful experience. I counted up all the classes i’ve taken so far - 11!!

    The black cod is soooo good and easy. Not only is Elana so casual and quick to answer questions and make suggestions, the folks in class are at ease and fun to be with. The recipes are easy and quick…I love when Elana eliminates measuring when not necessary.

    A delightful class! The food is so easy and delicious. It reflects the love, sparkle, enthusiasm and talent that Elana effortlessly puts into all her endeavors. BRAVA! Not to be missed.
