Dishes We'll Make

The dishes we will make are those from the two individual Thanksgiving classes:

Everything but the Turkey on Nov. 6th, 6-9pm

  • Whole Grain Stuffing with Portobello Mushrooms and Roasted Fennel
  • Celery Root Purée
  • Tuscan Garden Grove Brussel Sprouts
  • Root Vegetable Soup with Crisped Sage Leaves
  • Potato Latkes

The Turkey and Desserts on Nov. 13th, 6-9pm

  • Thanksgiving Turkey
  • October Cake (Wheat-Free Pumpkin Bread, Gluten-Free Option)
  • Sunshine Pumpkin Pie (Gluten-Free)
  • Lemon SemiFreddo with Blackberries

Each of the Thanksgiving classes can be taken separately, or sign up for both at a discount.
