While in Thailand, after eating my face off on my trip, I stayed at one of the world’s best detox resorts: Kamalaya. I went to relax, eat healthy, and get inspiration on how to prepare the cleanest Thai food. What I learned will be shared with you in this class. Everything will be simple to prepare, with only a few extra ingredients that I will have available so you don’t have to go to any special shops. Come to paradise with me.
