about the class
Everyone needs to have an arsenal of side dish recipes that you can whip up to go with your main courses. This class will teach specific recipes and also inspire you to make variations that will expand your repertoire even further. We encourage you to take this class with all or some of the Monday Night Series classes so every week you can add these sides to your Fish, Chicken,and Carnivore dinners that you will be learning and practicing along the way.

Elana is passionate about food and about convincing everyone how much fun and rewarding it is to cook at home. Her creative and simple foolproof recipes emphasize quality, flavor, taste and presentation. With Elana’s informal, energetic, friendly teaching style, everyone is ready to participate in her kitchen where food is the centerpiece. When we walk into her kitchen, we are greeted with yummy snacks and wine. Elana talks about the food on the menu, about the equipment she uses for best results. She describes the timing, the preparation, the substitutions for the dishes, and the best way of using “herbs/spices” for optimal taste and health. Elana inspires and influences us with her excitement of home cooking because the food is outstanding and each dish is simple to prepare with amazing outcomes.
I brought my 10 yr old granddaughter and we ALL had so much fun and great food. Besides the little kitchen típs we receive, the casual learning experience becomes fun and delicious. Who would have guessed easy cooking can be so good ???Yummy.
