about the class

Shira Lenchewski, a Meal and a Spiel student and nutritionist/registered dietician to the stars, has the same food philosophy as I do: "Don't deprive your tastebuds. Indulgence is a priority in life. Healthy eating for you body is fun." We jumped at the opportunity to sponsor a class together. I will be teaching you recipes that are some of my favorites and new ones that I have developed with Shira's suggestions and during class you can ask Shira all the questions you like.

With breakfast, lunch, dinner and midnight snacks in mind, we are giving you easy go-to's so you can be conscious of your body's needs and feel as though you are indulging throughout the day.
