The menu for our backyard dinner party is themed: Hot Sicilian Nights. When it’s hot in Sicily, it’s hot in Sicily! I can’t replicate the Mediterranean coastline, but I can teach you how to replicate the food and create and enjoy a dolce vita dinner party lifestyle. What happens: you come and have a glass of prosecco. We make appetizers and eat them in the kitchen. We finish making dinner and we all sit down in the backyard at a huge table covered in candles to eat the meal, drink wine and enjoy the company. Everybody participates. Everyone enjoys. Perfect Saturday night out.

We’re pairing with Farm Box LA to create this farm to table dinner party. All of the produce will be sourced from organic local farmers. You can opt to have  a Meal and a Spiel Backyard Dinner Party Farm Box delivered to our cooking class so you can take it home with your recipes that night or you may just join the class and do the shopping yourself. It’s your choice. I’ll make sure you know how to make summer entertaining easy, delicious and oh so chic!
