The dishes we will make are those from the two individual Thanksgiving classes:
Everything but the Turkey on Nov. 6th, 6-9pm
- Whole Grain Stuffing with Portobello Mushrooms and Roasted Fennel
- Celery Root Purée
- Tuscan Garden Grove Brussel Sprouts
- Root Vegetable Soup with Crisped Sage Leaves
- Potato Latkes
The Turkey and Desserts on Nov. 13th, 6-9pm
- Thanksgiving Turkey
- October Cake (Wheat-Free Pumpkin Bread, Gluten-Free Option)
- Sunshine Pumpkin Pie (Gluten-Free)
- Lemon SemiFreddo with Blackberries
Each of the Thanksgiving classes can be taken separately, or sign up for both at a discount.
