why don’t you need to peel carrots?
Because, simply, it’s a pain the butt. Who want’s to peel?! And if you buy organic carrots, you definitely don’t need to. A little dirt is healthy. It’s filled with minerals and probiotics, even. That doesn’t mean you shouldn’t rinse your carrots though! Trust me, no one will ever know if the carrots you put in soups, stews or roasted vegetable dishes are peeled or not. They’ll just be happy that you cooked for them.
