A five-course meal based on some of our favorite foods from throughout the Italian Peninsula. Squid-ink risotto, eggplant involtini with burrata, fresh local salads and vegetables and more. Exact dishes to be inspired in the moment!*
*Our apologies but we cannot adjust to people with specific food needs. There will be no pork or red meat served and only minimal dairy.
Join us at FABstudio in the heart of Dogtown, Santa Monica for a pop-dinner experience. Culinary teacher and comedienne Elana Horwich, founder of Meal and a Spiel, will be collaborating with award-winning filmmaker Andrea Pallaoro of Trento, Italy (whose latest film was recently accepted to the 2013 Venice International Film Festival) to transport your senses to the Mediterranean, for one night only. You will eat in style surrounded by the “architectural landscapes, figurative series and functional art pieces” of Argentinean-born architect, designer and artist Flavio Bisciotti.
There is only space for 18 guests. Expect an intimate dinner gathering. Dinner begins once everyone arrives so please be punctual.
