Anyone who is not participating in Christmas activities is more than welcome. (You, of course, do not need to be Jewish.)

Everybody loves pizza and everyone loves to be part of a pizza making party. This class will show you how to throw a pizza party and give all your guests a chance to shmooze, booze, cook and eat throughout the evening. We will NOT be making our own pizza dough. I will present to you the best options for store-bought dough and will teach you how to work with it, how to make a perfect sauce, and how to choose the right ingredients to give your pizzas an authentic, light Italian flavor.
