I am currently deep in the study of Persian cuisine. This involves: eating at restaurants, eating at Perisan friends’ houses, getting my hands on the most authentic cookbooks and simply practicing until I can wow the pants off of Persian friends.

That said, for now, all I have to show you are these roses because rose water will definitely be a part of making this very sexy cuisine.
