Is your favorite meal breakfast? If not, it might become so after this class. I think the avocado toast with salmon might be my new favorite food. (There a couple Italian tricks I apply to this avocado toast.) And the challah french toast, after being dipped in a coconut milk concoction, is then rolled in corn flakes for a crunchy, milky texture. The frittata will be your go to any time you have company on the weekends. This menu can feed one, a small family or it can fill a buffet when you are entertaining. You will be intoxicated not only by the Blood Orange Mimosas, but also by the food.
