I think I like to snack as much as I like to spiel.

This class was developed upon request from moms in class who thought their tween daughters would benefit. (Yes. I remember that I needed to eat a lot and often as a teenager and Lord knows I didn’t snack healthy!) However, other students chimed in that they would also love to know about healthy snacks on the go and ideas for what to bring to work. I have spent endless hours in healthy supermarkets. I have tested everything. And inventions are my favorite part of life. Here are my concoctions that let me have a delicious healthy nosh – sweet or salty – any time of day.
